Anti-vibration Rubber Support for Wooden Floors
VIBRO-FS is a homogeneous rubber support system to reduce the impact noise of wooden floors. It is ideal for impact noise reduction on wooden floors and to improve the sound insulation of light partitions. Achieve a reduction of noise from the upper level to the lower level through the use of these high performance floor pads.
VIBRO-FS prevents the creation of thermal and acoustic bridges. The semi-cylindrical modulation at its base increases the deflection, thus improving the vibration absorption.
- Fastening / Installation
- Inside the specially modulated receptor can be installed with wooden batten or metal profile of floating walls (steel frame, metal studs etc.) and fixed on the lateral flaps with bolts. Vibro-FS can be fixed on the floor or the wall with expansion bolts or inox nails.
- Every fixed point must also use metal washers.
- The floor should not lay on the wall and should be placed on a Vibro-band which is a specially designed elastic profile.
- Applications
- Reduce the noise coming from the upper level to the lower level.
