Anti-vibration Rubber Supports for Gypsum Board Partitions
VIBRO-WS is a homogeneous rubber support system for gypsumboard partitions. The semi-cylindrical modulation at their base and the transversal holes provide the necessary space for the rubber expansion to increase the deflection and consequently the vibration insulation.
VIBRO-WS decreases the flanking noise transmissions and interrupts the heat-bridges and the increase of moisture between humid floors and walls.
- Dimensions
- VIBRO-WS comes in three different U-runner widths: 50mm, 75mm or 100mm
- Fastening
- Installed on floor or ceiling metal profiles in correspondance with the C-studs or it can also be installed unified, especially under the U- runner. Can be fixed to the profile with bolts and on the floor or ceiling with expansion bolts. Free spaces must be filled with sound absorption material. The inclined flaps of Vibro-WS cover the fixing bolts on the base and prevent possible contact with gypsumboard. Metal washer must be also used in every fixed point.
- Applications
- Can be used in recording studios or rehersal studios. Wherever a floating wall is required.
