Acoustic Ceiling and Wall Diffusers

AVL’s ceiling and wall diffusers are light-weight, decorative, noise control products. They are designed to provide sound diffusion with their multi-faceted surfaces.

AVL’s diffusers are constructed from impact-resistant, molded and cross-linked FRP materials to prevent resonances and resist damage.

Diffusers help scatter and blend the sounds in the room for the listening enjoyment of both music and speech. They help performers hear themselves with others, improves speech intelligibility, increases clarity and tonal separation for music and performances without significantly reducing reverberation times.

Facings
AVL’s Diffusers are available in standard white, decorative fabric facings or designer selection / C.O.M.
Dimensions
Standard diffuser sizes are 2′ x 2′ x 8-¾”, 2′ x 4′ x 10″, 4′ x 4′ x 12″ (nominal sizes)
Fasteners
These diffusers come ready for installation with attachment hardware for existing walls, ceilings or 15/16″ grid. Fasteners include z-clips and lay-in.
