SoundProof Windows’ Acoustic Steel Doors by ARCACOUSTICS have an STC of 56, the highest STC rating of any 1.75″ thick acoustical door in the industry. They have been designed to work better than other manufacturer’s acoustic steel doors and provide a number of additional benefits.
No need for special locksets
Acoustic Steel Doors by ARCACOUSTICS do not require any special locksets. Any lockeset and hardware including electronic locking, panic door release hardware or virtually any other hardware can be used.
Wider doors
To get the most out of the existing door opening, acoustic steel doors by ARCACOUSTICS offers wider doors for any given rough opening size. These doors are 3″ wider than other manufacturers doors.
More reliable and longer lasting doors
Most manufacturers use a standard of two hinges on their acoustic doors. Our steel acoustic doors use three stainless steel cam lift hinges as a standard making them more reliable and leading to a longer lasting door.
Frame and accesories
New door frame design preserves the double-wall sound isolation leading to a much better acoustic seal of the room. Full steel, partional window and full view glass options are available all which include all the gaskets and seals needed.
